The posting

Ben jij (bijna) arts en wil je ontdekken wat de neurologie jou te bieden heeft? Of weet je al dat je neuroloog wilt worden en wil je volop ervaring opdoen in de praktijk?

Op onze afdeling kom je terecht in een enthousiast en betrokken team van 10 neurologen en 8 arts-assistenten. We werken laagdrempelig samen en vinden het belangrijk dat je je kunt ontwikkelen in een prettig, veilig en gezellig leerklimaat. Of je nu een toekomst in de neurologie voor je ziet of jouw neurologische kennis wilt verbreden voor een ander specialisme: bij ons krijg je volop de ruimte om te leren en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Als ANIOS werk je afwisselend op de stroke-afdeling, de SEH en de verpleegafdeling. Je draait mee in het dienstrooster en werkt onder supervisie van de neurologen. Je onderzoekt patiënten, stelt op basis van je bevindingen een differentiaaldiagnose en behandelplan op en zet waar nodig aanvullend onderzoek in. Je loopt dagelijks visite en bent betrokken bij de dagelijkse behandeling en begeleiding van patiënten. Daarnaast informeer je patiënten en hun familie over de diagnose, het onderzoek en de behandeling.

Er is wekelijks onder werktijd een arts-assistentenoverleg, waarin volop ruimte is voor eigen inbreng. We vinden het belangrijk dat je goed start. Daarom is er een introductieprogramma van één week en word je uitgebreid ingewerkt binnen het team. Zo maak je niet alleen snel kennis met het vak, maar ook met je nieuwe collega’s.

Naast hard werken is er natuurlijk ook tijd voor ontspanning. Zo dagen we elkaar regelmatig uit tijdens een potje tafeltennis. Goed voor de ontspanning én voor de neurologische motoriek. En mocht het bij de neurologen en arts-assistenten even niet lukken om een balletje terug te slaan, dan staat de verpleging gelukkig altijd klaar om in te vallen.

Wij vragen

  • Je bent (bijna) afgestudeerd als basisarts en bent BIG geregistreerd;
  • Je hebt affiniteit of werkervaring met in het werkveld van neurologie
