The posting

Binnen de ziekenhuisapotheek draait alles om nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail. Apotheker binnen het ziekenhuis is een prachtig vak. Jouw kennis wordt hier gewaardeerd. Samen met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat patiënten de juiste medicatie krijgen, in de juiste dosering, op het juiste moment en op een veilige manier.

Je komt te werken in een omgeving die continu in beweging is, geen dag is hetzelfde. Het ene moment beantwoord je medicatievragen van medisch specialisten, verpleegkundigen of apothekersassistenten, terwijl je het andere moment samen met je collega apotheker logistiek onderzoekt welke alternatieve medicatie kan worden ingezet. Daarnaast zorg je voor de randvoorwaarden m.b.t. bereidingen en VTGM in de cleanroom en depotheken.

Ook het team is continu in beweging en naast de reguliere werkzaamheden lopen er verschillende projecten. We zoeken daarom iemand die het leuk vindt om hierin actief mee te denken, kansen te signaleren en projecten samen met collega’s aan te jagen. Je leidt onder andere projecten rondom VTGM (voor toediening gereedmaken van medicatie), die bijdragen aan een veilige medicatievoorziening en het verbeteren van de kwaliteit van zorg. Je zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe systemen en werkwijzen niet alleen op papier goed werken, maar ook in de praktijk écht het verschil maken. Hierbij werk je nauw samen met ziekenhuisapothekers, verpleegkundigen, ICT-specialisten en andere projectgroepleden om deze projecten succesvol te realiseren.

Je komt te werken in een team bestaande uit zo'n 100 medewerkers, waaronder 7 ziekenhuisapothekers, 3 ziekenhuisapothekers in opleiding, 2 apothekers en 3 afdelingsmanagers en Apotheek manager a.i.. Het is een betrokken en professioneel team met korte lijnen. Collega's weten elkaar gemakkelijk te vinden en er is ruimte om vragen te stellen, ideeën aan te dragen en mee te denken over verbeteringen.

Wij vragen

  • Je bent een geregistreerd apotheker;
  • Je hebt affiniteit met ICT en bij voorkeur ervaring met ChipSoft HiX en/of ICT-projecten;
  • Ervaring met projectmatig werken of het begeleiden van verbetertrajecten is een pre.
