Van een tijdige geneesmiddelenlevering tot een kloppende declaratie: jij houdt overzicht en zorgt dat het geregeld wordt. Ben jij apothekersassistent en wil je jouw farmaceutische kennis combineren met logistieke en financieel-administratieve werkzaamheden? Dan biedt onze ziekenhuisapotheek je een afwisselende functie waarin je op beide gebieden aan de slag gaat.

Tijdens de dagelijkse dagstart bespreek je samen met je collega’s de werkzaamheden en bepaal je waar jouw inzet het meest nodig is. Dankzij jouw flexibiliteit en teamgerichte houding speel je in op de behoeften van beide afdelingen. Het ene moment zorg je binnen inkoop & logistiek dat de juiste geneesmiddelen op tijd beschikbaar zijn en handel je geneesmiddelenaanvragen af. Het andere moment duik je in de wereld van financieel beheer, waar je gegevens en declaraties controleert, kostenoverzichten opstelt en de facturatie voorbereidt. Je houdt overzicht, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en schakelt moeiteloos tussen je werkzaamheden, ook wanneer er onverwacht een spoedaanvraag tussendoor komt.

Je komt terecht in een betrokken team van ongeveer twintig collega’s. Het team is continu in beweging en naast de reguliere werkzaamheden lopen er verschillende projecten en verbeterinitiatieven. We zoeken daarom iemand die het leuk vindt om hierin actief mee te denken, kansen te signaleren en projecten samen met collega’s aan te jagen. Je hebt oog voor procesverbeteringen en zorgt ervoor dat de administratie soepel en zorgvuldig verloopt. Zo draag je achter de schermen bij aan een goed georganiseerde ziekenhuisapotheek en veilige patiëntenzorg.

Binnen het team helpen we elkaar, denken we met elkaar mee en werken we met enthousiasme en passie samen. Een prettige werksfeer vinden we daarbij minstens zo belangrijk als de juiste medicatie op het juiste moment bij de juiste patiënt.

Nog niet bekend met Reinier de Graaf? Dan ontdek je al snel dat ons relatief compacte ziekenhuis een heel persoonlijke sfeer heeft. We kennen elkaar, maken makkelijk een praatje en kijken naar elkaar om. Bij het koffiezetapparaat gaat het zomaar even over de plannen voor de herfstvakantie, tijdens de lunch schuif je aan bij collega’s van een andere afdeling en in de wandelgangen zeggen we elkaar gewoon gedag. Het zijn misschien kleine dingen, maar juist die zorgen voor de fijne, vertrouwde sfeer die zo kenmerkend is voor Reinier de Graaf.

Wij vragen

  • Je hebt een afgeronde mbo-4-opleiding tot apothekersassistent
  • Werkdagen in overleg, voorkeur op dinsdag, donderdag en vrijdag
  • Op basis van een dienstrooster werk je af en toe een 2 dagdelen in het weekend, de diensten worden onder de collega’s verdeeld
