Een goed idee is mooi, maar het wordt pas interessant als het ook wordt uitgevoerd. Als beleidsmedewerker Radiologie denk je mee over hoe we de afdeling de komende jaren organiseren en krijg je de ruimte om daar zelf richting aan te geven. De afdeling radiologie is een afdeling die volop in beweging is. De basis staat goed, maar er liggen interessante vraagstukken voor de komende jaren. Hoe verdelen we onze capaciteit? Welk beleid moet worden aangepast? En sluiten onze processen en afspraken nog aan bij de praktijk? Bij de afdeling Radiologie spelen volop vraagstukken waar jij als beleidsmedewerker zelfstandig mee aan de slag gaat.

Je ondersteunt de afdelingsmanagers door het schrijven van beleidsvoorstellen, het uitvoeren van kwaliteitstaken en het neerzetten van organisatorische randvoorwaarden. Je analyseert wat er speelt, brengt informatie bij elkaar en signaleert waar iets moet veranderen. Vervolgens vertaal je dit naar concrete voorstellen en help je om verbeteringen door te voeren. Denk aan het evalueren van het dienstroosterbeleid, de wachttijden en onze afdelingsdoelstellingen. Ook houd je je bezig met capaciteitsmanagement: het voorbereiden van stuurinformatie die bepaald welke personele bezetting nodig is en het uitwerken van aanpassingen hierop.

Ook kwaliteit is een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk. Je zorgt dat afspraken goed zijn vastgelegd en geborgd. Daarnaast breng je structuur aan in de manier waarop we als afdeling werken. Je maakt ontwikkelingen en KPI's inzichtelijk, ondersteunt bij overleggen en zorgt dat belangrijke informatie op de juiste plek terechtkomt.

Je werkt samen met verschillende collega's: van de afdelingsmanagers en medisch coördinator tot 1ste verantwoordelijken, dagcoördinatoren, praktijkopleiders, administratief personeel, laboranten en de VIM-coördinator. Je zit dicht op de praktijk, maar kijkt ook met een bredere blik naar de organisatie van de afdeling. Bij Reinier de Graaf zijn de lijnen kort en kun je makkelijk schakelen met collega's. Daardoor kun je ideeën snel bespreken, uitwerken en samen stappen zetten.

Je staat stevig in je schoenen, maakt makkelijk contact en weet je adviezen goed te onderbouwen. Met jouw analytische blik doorgrond je processen snel en zie je waar verbeteringen mogelijk zijn. Je weegt verschillende belangen tegen elkaar af en weet anderen mee te nemen in jouw ideeën. Zie je dat iets beter kan? Dan kom je met een onderbouwd voorstel en zorg je dat het ook wordt opgepakt.

Wij vragen

  • Je hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau en ervaring binnen een ziekenhuis of de zorg.
  • Een achtergrond als MBB'er/MBRT'er is een sterke pre.
