Ben jij een ervaren doktersassistent die graag de regie neemt, overzicht creëert en patiënten met aandacht begeleidt? Dan hebben wij een bijzondere plek voor je binnen ons pacemakerteam.

In ons pacemakerteam combineer je persoonlijk patiëntcontact met de coördinatie van spreekuren en werkprocessen rondom de patiëntzorg. Zo zorg je ervoor dat patiënten goed begeleid worden en het team op jou kan rekenen. Is dit iets voor jou? Lees dan verder!

Binnen de afdeling Hartfunctie zoeken we een coördinerend doktersassistent die zorg, organisatie en samenwerking moeiteloos weet te verbinden. Iemand die energie krijgt van een dynamische werkdag, snel kan schakelen en het verschil wil maken voor patiënten met een pacemaker, ICD of ander cardio-implantaat. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor patiënten, huisartsen en andere zorgverleners. Je beantwoordt vragen, schat de urgentie in en schakelt zo nodig de juiste collega of specialist in. Met jouw rust, aandacht en inlevingsvermogen weet je patiënten gerust te stellen en vertrouwen te geven.

Daarnaast coördineer je de dagelijkse gang van zaken rondom de spreekuren. Je bewaakt de voortgang van processen, organiseert de administratieve en logistieke werkzaamheden en zorgt dat patiëntgegevens en onderzoeksresultaten correct worden verwerkt in de verschillende systemen. Dankzij jouw overzicht verloopt de zorg voor onze patiënten soepel en efficiënt.

Ook geef je voorlichting over onderzoeken, behandelingen en vervolgafspraken en begeleidt patiënten gedurende hun zorgtraject. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over de kwaliteit van de zorg en draag je bij aan het verbeteren van werkprocessen.

Je werkt op de afdeling Hartfunctie, samen met cardiologen, pacemaker-, ICD-technici en andere zorgprofessionals. Binnen het pacemakerteam zetten jullie je in voor goede zorg en begeleiding van patiënten met hartritmestoornissen en cardio-implantaten. De lijnen zijn kort, collega's helpen elkaar en er is ruimte om mee te denken over de ontwikkeling van de afdeling.

Zoek je een veelzijdige functie waarin je echt van betekenis bent voor patiënten én collega's, waarbij je veel zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid krijgt binnen een gespecialiseerd team dat volop in ontwikkeling is. Dan maken we graag kennis met je.

Wij vragen

  • Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding tot doktersassistent
  • Hbo-werk- en denkniveau
  • Ervaring als doktersassistent, bij voorkeur in een ziekenhuis
  • Ervaring op cardiologie gebied is gewenst
  • We zoeken bij voorkeur iemand voor 32 uur per week. Beschik je over de juiste ervaring, maar ben je minder uren beschikbaar (min. 24 uur)? Solliciteer dan ook.
