Wil jij de baan van je leven? Op de polikliniek Urologie zoeken wij een nieuwe collega om ons team van doktersassistenten te versterken. Een mooie kans op een veelzijdige rol met veel afwisseling, verantwoordelijkheid en verdieping. Je doet brede ervaring op binnen de urologie en werkt gedurende de week één en soms twee dagen binnen het Prostaat Kanker Centrum. Een unieke combinatie die deze functie extra interessant maakt!

Binnen de polikliniek Urologie en het Prostaat Kanker Centrum staan goede multidisciplinaire samenwerking en de kwaliteit van zorg centraal. Je komt terecht in een hecht en fijn team van administratieve medewerkers, doktersassistenten, verpleegkundigen, triageverpleegkundigen, continentieverpleegkundigen en artsen. Iedereen heeft zijn eigen rol en verantwoordelijkheden binnen de poliprocessen. Op onze poli vinden er wekelijks verschillende spreekuren plaats. Bijvoorbeeld katheterspreekuren, Luts-spreekuren of een cysto spreekuur waarbij je een arts assisteert. Zomaar een greep uit onze spreekuren dus je begrijpt: geen dag is hetzelfde en dat maakt deze functie zo veelzijdig!

Als doktersassistent ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor zowel patiënten als specialisten in de backoffice en de frontoffice. Je ontvangt patiënten op een gastvrije manier, beantwoordt vragen na het artsenbezoek en plant vervolgafspraken in. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, ondersteuning en uitwerking van de spreekuren. Ook telefonisch sta je patiënten te woord met uiteenlopende vragen en problemen. Je brengt hun hulpvraag professioneel in kaart en initieert de juiste vervolgacties. Daarnaast geef je voorlichting over geplande onderzoeken en assisteer je de arts bij diverse poliklinische ingrepen.

Je weet van aanpakken, kijkt met een frisse blik naar je werkzaamheden en neemt graag initiatief. Je bent collegiaal en draagt bij aan de fijne sfeer op de werkvloer. Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken. Gastvrijheid zit in je bloed en je benut graag jouw communicatieve talenten in het contact met patiënten en collega’s. Bovendien ben je leergierig en wil je jezelf blijven ontwikkelen. Een achtergrond binnen de urologie is een pre maar geen eis.

Wij vragen

  • Je bent gediplomeerd doktersassistent of verpleegkundige;
  • Je bent bij voorkeur beschikbaar voor 32 uur; in overleg zijn meer of minder uren een mogelijkheid;
  • Bij voorkeur ben je beschikbaar op woensdag en vrijdag.
