Ben jij een gedreven en sympathieke GZ-psycholoog? Werk je graag op deskundig niveau samen om de psychologische zorg voor somatisch zieke patiënten vorm te geven? Lees dan vooral verder!

Bij ons krijg je de kans om jouw expertise breed in te zetten en écht het verschil te maken voor patiënten. Je bent een verbindende schakel zowel binnen onze afdeling als daarbuiten. Collega’s uit verschillende specialismen zoals oncologie, MDL en gynaecologie doen een beroep op jouw expertise. Je voert diagnostiek en behandeling uit bij patiënten met uiteenlopende psychische hulpvragen. De zorg is veelal kortdurend maar waar nodig bied je ook langer durende zorg, dit doe je in samenwerking met regionale GGZ-aanbieders, de POH-GGZ en de huisarts.

Je zoekt actief de verbinding met collega’s en andere disciplines om samen de best mogelijke zorg te bieden. Samenwerken zit in jouw DNA! Je neemt initiatief op het gebied van deskundigheidsbevordering, zowel binnen als buiten de vakgroep en draagt graag bij aan het delen en ontwikkelen van kennis. Daarnaast voel je je thuis in de dynamische omgeving van een ziekenhuis en speel je soepel in op uiteenlopende belangen en ontwikkelingen. Met jouw sterke communicatieve vaardigheden weet je je visie helder en overtuigend over te brengen en anderen daarin mee te nemen.

Je komt te werken binnen de vakgroep Medische Psychologie, specifiek de subdivisie volwassenen. We hebben ook een subdivisie neuropsychologie en kind en jeugd. Samen met de vakgroep Psychiatrie vormen we één afdeling. Het team waarin je komt te werken bestaat uit één klinisch psycholoog, drie klinisch neuropsychologen, acht GZ-psychologen, twee PIOG’s en twee stagiaires. De vakgroep wordt ondersteund door twee psychodiagnostisch medewerkers en een secretariaat. Collegialiteit, betrokkenheid en verbondenheid staan bij ons centraal. We werken vanuit een sterke onderlinge samenwerking en zetten ons samen in voor de best mogelijke psychologische zorg voor onze patiënten.

We kennen elkaar, maken makkelijk een praatje en kijken naar elkaar om. Bij het koffiezetapparaat gaat het zomaar even over de plannen voor de herfstvakantie, tijdens de lunch schuif je aan bij collega’s van een andere afdeling en in de wandelgangen zeggen we elkaar gewoon gedag. Het zijn misschien kleine dingen, maar juist die zorgen voor de fijne, vertrouwde sfeer die zo kenmerkend is voor Reinier de Graaf.

Wij vragen

  • Je bent BIG-geregistreerd GZ-psycholoog
  • Je hebt ervaring met psychologische/ psychiatrische diagnostiek en behandeling in de somatische setting zowel klinisch als poliklinisch
  • Ervaring en affiniteit met gynaecologische zorg en seksuologie is een pre
