Op de hartkatheterisatiekamer werk je in een team dat elkaar helpt en waar je nooit alleen staat. Samen zorgen we ervoor dat elke patiënt zich veilig en gehoord voelt, juist op momenten die spannend kunnen zijn.

Als gediplomeerd hartkatheterisatielaborant ben jij een belangrijke schakel in het uitvoeren van pacemakerimplantaties en diagnostische procedures. Je werkt nauw samen met cardiologen, het pacemakerteam, planning en collega-laboranten en draagt bij aan een rustige, deskundige en mensgerichte sfeer.

Je speelt een belangrijke rol bij diverse cardiologische onderzoeken en behandelingen. Je assisteert onder andere bij diagnostische hartkatheterisaties, pacemaker- en ILR-implantaties en pericardpuncties. Daarbij zorg je voor een goede voorbereiding van patiënten, materialen en apparatuur, zodat iedere procedure veilig en efficiënt kan verlopen. Tijdens onderzoeken en ingrepen houd je de vitale functies van de patiënt nauwlettend in de gaten en ondersteun je de cardioloog en je collega's waar nodig. Je maakt deel uit van een hecht en multidisciplinair hartfunctieteam waarin samenwerking, kwaliteit en patiëntgerichte zorg centraal staan. Naast je bijdrage aan de dagelijkse zorg denk je actief mee over verbeteringen binnen de afdeling. Jouw ideeën en inzichten worden gewaardeerd en dragen bij aan een veilige, vriendelijke en professionele omgeving voor zowel patiënten als collega's.

Je enthousiasme voor cardiologie komt in deze functie volledig tot zijn recht. Je straalt rust uit, neemt de tijd en begeleidt patiënten met aandacht, juist op momenten die spannend of emotioneel kunnen zijn. Je bent betrokken, stelt gerichte vragen en zorgt ervoor dat iedere patiënt zich gezien en gehoord voelt. Daarnaast houd je overzicht in een dynamische omgeving. Je observeert scherp, reageert snel en adequaat bij acute situaties en organiseert je werkzaamheden zelfstandig en efficiënt. Ook kijk je verder dan de dagelijkse zorg. Je ziet waar verbeterkansen liggen, denkt actief mee over kwaliteit en processen en draagt zo bij aan de ontwikkeling van het team én het hartcentrum.

Salaris en inschaling

Deze vacature staat open voor zowel gediplomeerde hartkatheterisatielaboranten als kandidaten die nog in opleiding zijn. Kandidaten met een afgerond hbo-diploma Hartfunctielaborant (LOI) met de specialisatie Hartkatheterisatie vervullen de functie zelfstandig. Ben je nog in opleiding, dan krijg je de ruimte om onder begeleiding ervaring op te doen en je verder te ontwikkelen binnen het vakgebied.

Als gediplomeerd hartkatheterisatielaborant word je ingeschaald in FWG 55. Ben je nog in opleiding, dan word je - afhankelijk van je achtergrond en ervaring - ingeschaald in FWG 45 of ontvang je een leerlingensalaris.

Wij vragen

  • Een (bijna) afgerond Hbo-diploma hartfunctielaborant (LOI), met specialisatie Hartkatheterisatie of;
  • Medisch Technische Assistent voor Functiediagnostiek, met specialisatie hartkatheterisatie of;
  • Als ervaren IC-, CCU- of EHH-verpleegkundige en sta je open om de benodigde opleidingen te behalen of;
  • Als röntgenlaborant die in het bezit is van: Het diploma Radiodiagnostisch laborant of MBRT met aanvulling ECG en cardiologiekennis.
