Wil jij achter de schermen het verschil maken in de zorg? Bij Combi-Ster zorg jij dat medische instrumenten altijd op tijd, compleet en klaar voor gebruik zijn. Zonder jou is er geen operatie mogelijk!

Door uitbreiding van ons klantenbestand zijn wij op zoek naar 2 Instrumentbeheerders CSA.

Als medewerker medisch instrumentenbeheer houd je je bezig met het gehele CSA-proces, met de kwaliteit en met de klanten zelf. Je zorgt voor voldoende voorraad en dat het productieproces soepel verloopt zodat er geen vertraging is van belangrijke netten of (leen)instrumenten. Wanneer er een instrument kapot is, kijk je of het gerepareerd kan worden, moet worden vervangen of dat je een nieuw instrument moet bestellen. Dit doe je in afstemming en overleg met de reparateur en afdeling.

Je bewaakt de levertijd van de orders, onderhoudt contact met de leveranciers en klanten en zorgt voor een goed relatiebeheer. Administratief houd je alles goed up-to date in ons documentatiesysteem. Bij spoedbestellingen houd jij je hoofd koel en zorg je ervoor dat dit wordt geregeld. Met de goede skills en goede samenwerking met andere belanghebbenden, lukt het jou om dingen voor elkaar te krijgen. Dit doe je in een hecht tem van vier mensen waarbij er gewerkt wordt in twee ploegen.

Wij vragen

  • Je beschikt over minimaal MBO-werk en denkniveau en bij voorkeur een diploma MSMH;
  • Ervaring met CSA, instrumentbeheer of bruikleensets
