The posting

Wil jij als verpleegkundige starten of verder groeien in het ziekenhuis, maar weet je nog niet precies welke afdeling het beste bij je past? Binnen het Flexbureau krijg je de kans om verschillende afdelingen te leren kennen, terwijl je intensief wordt begeleid in je ontwikkeling tot klinisch verpleegkundige. Wij zoeken een collega voor 32 uur per week.

Als verpleegkundige in de langdurige flex werk je via het Flexbureau op verschillende verpleegafdelingen binnen de kliniek. Zo doe je waardevolle ervaring op en ontdek je stap voor stap waar jouw talenten en interesses liggen.

Je start op een verpleegafdeling waar je gedurende zes maanden werkzaam bent. De eerste twee maanden werk je boventallig en volg je een uitgebreid inwerktraject. In deze periode krijg je intensieve begeleiding van ervaren collega’s en vanuit het Flexbureau.

Aansluitend aan de inwerkperiode ga je zelfstandig aan de slag op de afdeling en ontwikkel je je verder in het werken binnen het ziekenhuis. Je krijgt een contract voor 7 maanden, met daarna bij goed functioneren een vaste aanstelling. Na deze eerste periode kun je ook op andere afdelingen binnen de kliniek worden ingezet. Deze vervolgperiodes zijn korter, waardoor je verschillende specialismen kunt leren kennen en verder kunt ontdekken welke afdeling het beste bij jou past. Gedurende het hele traject staat het Flexbureau naast je. We begeleiden je in je ontwikkeling en denken met je mee over jouw toekomst binnen het ziekenhuis.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een leergierige en flexibele verpleegkundige met een pro-actieve werkhouding. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft vragen te stellen. Uiteraard ben je nieuwsgierig en vind je het leuk om verschillende afdelingen te leren kennen en je vak uit te oefenen binnen verschillende specialismen.
