Het Flexbureau is dé schakel in de personeelsinzet binnen ons ziekenhuis. Wij zorgen dat verpleegkundigen worden ingezet op afdelingen waar ze het hardst nodig zijn. Zo houden we de zorg continu beschikbaar én kwalitatief sterk en daar speel jij een belangrijke rol in.

Onze organisatie beweegt richting een toekomstbestendige en wendbare personeelsstrategie. Roosters worden tijdig vastgesteld, maar bieden altijd ruimte voor flexibiliteit en eigen inbreng.

In deze functie werk je op verschillende klinische afdelingen, afhankelijk van de actuele zorgbehoefte. Je draait alle diensten (dag, avond, nacht en weekend ) en levert deskundige, patiëntgerichte zorg in uiteenlopende teams en specialismen. Daarbij mag je voorkeuren aangeven, maar je inzet wordt bepaald op basis van de zorgvraag. Juist jouw flexibiliteit zorgt ervoor dat we snel kunnen schakelen en de beste zorg kunnen blijven leveren. Je doet brede ervaring op binnen het ziekenhuis en krijgt zo de kans om je professioneel te ontwikkelen en te ontdekken waar jouw kracht ligt.

Wij vragen

  • Je bent gediplomeerd verpleegkundige (MBO of HBO) en BIG-geregistreerd;
  • Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar ervaring als verpleegkundige in een ziekenhuis;
  • Je bent bereid om alle diensten te draaien en vindt afwisseling juist een pluspunt.
