The posting

Binnen het team van het Reinier Haga Orthopedisch Centrum is per direct ruimte voor een enthousiaste en ambitieuze Chef de Clinique orthopedie (0,7-1,0 fte), met specialisatie in chirurgische en conservatieve knie en/of heuporthopedie.

De staf van het RHOC bestaat uit 20 orthopedisch chirurgen, allen met een subspecialisatie. In ons werk worden wij ondersteund door een toegewijd en betrokken team van professionals. De zorg in het RHOC is georganiseerd in Integrated Practice Units (IPU's), waarin multidisciplinair binnen sub-specialismen wordt samen gewerkt. Zowel de IPU knie als de IPU heup telt zes orthopeden. Daarnaast wordt samengewerkt met een sportarts en fysiotherapeuten.

De (planbare) traumazorg wordt geleverd in goede samenwerking met de MTU’s van het Hagaziekenhuis en het Reinier de Graaf Gasthuis. De IPU’s zijn verantwoordelijk voor de opleidings EPA's en maken gebruik van de uitgebreide faciliteiten voor (wetenschappelijk) onderzoek in het RHOC.

Over ons

Het Reinier Haga Orthopedisch Centrum heeft een duidelijk doel voor ogen: de best passende orthopedische zorg bieden. Daarnaast zijn wij een opleidingscentrum binnen ROGO Rotterdam en Leiden en is er ruime aandacht voor wetenschappelijk onderzoek. Dit kunnen wij natuurlijk niet alleen. Onze medewerkers gaan samen met ons deze uitdaging aan. Je merkt dit aan alles, de manier waarop wij met elkaar communiceren, de professionele werkhouding, het innovatief denken en het centraal stellen van de patiënten. In juli 2020 openden wij de deuren van ons nieuwe centrum, volledig ingericht op orthopedie. Wij beschikken over vijf operatiekamers, een (dag)verpleegafdeling, een polikliniek, gipskamer en twee buckykamers.

Functie eisen

  • De voorkeur gaat uit naar een collega met aantoonbare interesse en/of ervaring in de knie- en/of heuporthopedie;
  • Participatie in de opleiding van AIOS’en en coassistenten is een vanzelfsprekendheid.
