Bij het Reinier Haga Orthopedisch Centrum (RHOC) draait alles om topzorg en teamwork. Elke dag werken we samen om succesvolle operaties te realiseren en onze patiënten tevreden te stellen. Wil jij onderdeel worden van dit hechte en professionele team? Lees dan snel verder!

Wat ga je doen als operatieassistent?

Als operatieassistent op de OK ben jij onmisbaar in het reilen en zeilen van orthopedische ingrepen. Van hand, pols, knie, voet, schouder, enkel, elleboog- en heupoperaties tot complexe revisies en peri prothetische fracturen. Je ondersteunt de orthopeden met voorbereidende, assisterende en instrumenterende taken. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles van A tot Z soepel verloopt: van de voorbereiding van de OK tot en met het begeleiden van stagiaires.

Samenwerken staat voorop! Je hebt dagelijks nauw overleg met je OK-collega’s, orthopeden en de AIOS’en. Dit geldt vooral bij de complexere ingrepen.

En de sfeer? Die is relaxed en collegiaal – we werken hard, maar er is altijd tijd voor een lach of een persoonlijk gesprek. In ons kleine, betrokken team van onder andere 24 operatieassistenten voel je je meteen thuis!

Wat maakt het werken bij het RHOC uniek?

Het RHOC is hét centrum voor orthopedische zorg in Zuid-Holland, en wij onderscheiden ons door:

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Salaris: Inschaling in FWG 55 (CAO Ziekenhuizen) afhankelijk van ervaring.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding + fiscale fietsregeling (ook elektrisch).
  • Vakantiedagen: 144 uur + 57 PLB-uren bij een fulltime dienstverband.
  • Extra's: 8,33% vakantiegeld en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Werkrooster: Dagdiensten van 9 uur, met voldoende rust- en aflostijd.
  • Altijd vrij: Feestdagen en weekenden zijn gegarandeerd vrij!
  • Werken in een hecht team: In een gespecialiseerd ziekenhuis waar topzorg en teamwork centraal staan.
