Jouw nieuwe baan Het RHOC (te vinden naast het HagaZiekenhuis Zoetermeer) heeft een orthopedisch zorgaanbod binnen een nieuw gebouw met moderne apparatuur. Binnen de kaders van jouw functie verricht jij alle bijbehorende taken. Wij denken dat het één van de sterke punten is dat je in deze baan regelmatige uren hebt. Ieder jaar leiden wij radiodiagnostisch laboranten op. Onderdeel van jouw takenpakket is dus ook het begeleiden en coachen van leerlingen.

Jouw werkplek is in het RHOC. Het RHOC neemt deel aan wetenschappelijk onderzoek waardoor je je specialiseert in het maken van beelden voor onderzoek. Aan het begin van de dienst wordt tijdens de dagstart besproken hoe de dag eruit gaat zien. Naast geplande zorg komen er vaak spoedverzoeken tussendoor van bijvoorbeeld OK-patiënten of vanuit de poliklinieken.

Het team en jouw rol in het team Als radiodiagnostisch laborant ben jij dagelijks in de weer op de Bucky in het RHOC. Puur gericht op de orthopedie maak je bij het RHOC deel uit van een klein team met veel persoonlijke aandacht, en tegelijkertijd ben je onderdeel van het bredere team Radiologie van het HagaZiekenhuis Zoetermeer.

Wat vragen wij van jou?

  • Diploma Radiodiagnostisch Laborant (in-service of MBRT);
  • Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en kunt goed in teamverband werken;
  • Je bent een echte out of the box denker!

Wij bieden je

  • Een dienstverband van 24 tot 36 uur, je werktijden en -dagen zijn in overleg. Beschikbaarheid op de zaterdagochtend is gewenst.
  • Een salaris conform de Cao Ziekenhuizen in FWG 45, op basis van een 36-urige werkweek.
  • Haga arbeidsvoorwaarden, welke van toepassing zijn voor zowel interne als externe sollicitanten.
  • Een contract voor onbepaalde tijd bij werkgever HagaZiekenhuis.
  • Je bouwt een goed pensioen op bij Pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn.
  • 8,33% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering naast je salaris.
