DEINE ROLLE

Als Reservations Agent (m/w/d) bist du die zentrale Anlaufstelle für Kund: innen, Partner: innen und interne Teams und sorgst mit klarer Kommunikation und lösungsorientiertem Handeln für einen reibungslosen Reiseverlauf.

* Schriftliche und telefonische Bearbeitung von Kund: innenanfragen zu geplanten und bereits gebuchten Reisen

* Abwicklung von Reiseänderungen und kurzfristigen Anpassungen

* Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und Partner:innen wie Hotels, Bergbahnen und Agenturen vor Ort

* Komplette Reservierungsabwicklung von der Kunden:Innen Anfrage bis hin zur Anreise

* Schnelles und lösungsorientiertes Bearbeiten von Kund:innen-Problemen (Troubleshooting)

DEINE STÄRKEN

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (touristische Kenntnisse bzw. Berufserfahrung von Vorteil)

* Ausgeprägte Kund:innen- und Serviceorientierung

* Kommunikationsstärke in Wort und Schrift (Deutsch & Englisch)

* Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Eigenverantwortung

* Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* Bereitschaft zu gelegentlicher Wochenendarbeit auf Basis einer 5-Tage-Woche

* Technisches Verständnis für Buchungssysteme und Tools
