Zur Verstärkung unseres HR\-Teams suchen wir eine motivierte, teamfähige Persönlichkeit als

HR Generalist (w/m/d) 60% \- 80%

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Abwickeln der gesamten HR Administration zusammen mit dem HR Admin\-Team über den gesamten Employee\-Lifecycle
  • Vertrauensvolle erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Mitarbeitenden bei Fragen oder Anliegen rund um die HR\-Themen
  • Administrative Unterstützung unserer HR Business Partnern in allen HR\-relevanten Belangen
  • Pflege der Stammdaten in SAP ( Eintritte, Austritte, Mutationen, organisatorische Wechsel, Org\-Management etc.)
  • Verantwortlich für das Unfall\-/Krankheitsmeldewesen inkl. Sozialversicherungen
  • Kommunikation mit externen Partnern, Behörden, Ämtern und PensionskasseAktive Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung von HR\-Projekten sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung interner HR\-Prozesse
  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben mit hoher Eigenverantwortung

Du bringst mit:

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung, Weiterbildung im HR
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als HR Generalist/in, vorzugsweise in der Industrie
  • Ausgeprägte Service\-Orientierung und Freude im Umgang mit Menschen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbständige, detailorientierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamorientierte, flexible und belastbare Macher\-Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, SAP\-Kenntnisse sind ein Muss
