Job Description

Gestionar la preparación y configuración de la fórmula para la preparación del terreno a cultivar con el fin de lograr una planta con calidad.

  • Diseñar la formulación de nutrientes en base a un análisis de suelo para fortalecer el ciclo de la planta
  • Asegurar el contenido de materia orgánica y presencia de patógenos en la extensión territorial a su cargo
  • Supervisar el desarrollo de la planta en sus diferentes ciclos para tener mayor productividad
  • Controlar plagas y enfermedades, así como el manejo de la nutrición del cultivo para incrementar la calidad de la fruta

Planear todas las actividades relacionadas al cultivo que tengan que ver con NO cosecha para lograr un buen desarrollo de este.

  • Diseñar una planeación para la requisición de personal durante toda la etapa del cultivo para evitar retrasos en los procesos
  • Identificar y seleccionar a las personas en su estructura para que le permita llevar a cabo todas las actividades necesarias en tiempo y forma

Planear todas las actividades relacionadas a la recolección de la fruta buscando ser eficientes

  • Planear en base a la forma más eficiente, la recolección de la fruta evitando el riesgo de afectar la calidad de la fruta
  • Planear la logística de la recolección de la fruta buscando siempre aplicar todas las normas de Inocuidad
  • Vigilar y procurar que los ingresos y la retribución para los trabajadores sea en todo momento de forma equitativa
  • Administrar el envío o traslado de la fruta cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad y oportunidad

Analizar de manera constante los estados financieros de su rancho para un mejor control de su presupuesto

  • En base al análisis de sus estados financieros buscará las mejores eficiencias para evitar gastos innecesarios que pudieran poner en riesgo la oportunidad y rentabilidad del negocio
  • Supervisar los gastos que se generan en el campo de forma semanal teniendo claridad en el costo por acre presupuestado
  • Supervisar y medir los rendimientos de todas las actividades para alcanzar los niveles de productividad establecidos por la compañía

Administración del área de fabricación

  • Fomentar la proactividad y la motivación del equipo manteniendo un ambiente de trabajo sano y estable
  • Asegurar la capacitación y el entrenamiento de todo el equipo, en aspectos de calidad, inocuidad, cultura organizacional, ingresos, etc. y todo lo que de forma integral le pueda ayudar al trabajador a realizar su trabajo de la mejor forma
  • Cumplir y hacer cumplir el RIT y las políticas establecidas de compañía para lograr una mejor disciplina en el equipo.
