Administratör inom avfall och återvinning Vill du arbeta i en samhällsviktig verksamhet och bidra till effektiva administrativa processer inom avfall och återvinning? Vi söker nu en administratör som trivs i en varierad roll där struktur, service och problemlösning står i fokus. Om tjänsten Som administratör inom avfall och återvinning har du en central roll i den dagliga verksamheten. Du ansvarar för att samordna och hantera administrativa processer kopplade till drift, underhåll och kundärenden. Rollen innebär många kontaktytor och ett nära samarbete med både interna och externa parter. I arbetsuppgifterna ingår bland annat att:

Hantera inkommande ärenden, synpunkter och frågor från kunder

Administrera ärenden i drift- och underhållssystem

Samla in underlag vid bestridanden

Hantera ersättningsanspråk vid skador på tredje part

Säkerställa att dokumentation levereras inom överenskomna tidsramar

Ansvara för fakturering, felanmälningar och beställning av reparationer

Ta fram statistik och rapporter enligt beställarens krav

Hantera tillbud och incidenter

Ha löpande kundkontakt vid behov

Vara tillgänglig under kontorstid och säkerställa svarstid inom 24 timmar

För att få en god förståelse för verksamheten och anläggningarnas funktion kommer du även att regelbundet vistas ute på anläggningarna. Vi söker dig som Har minst ett års erfarenhet från liknande administrativa arbetsuppgifter

Har erfarenhet av att arbeta i administrativa system och digitala verktyg

Har goda kunskaper i Microsoft Office-paketet

Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska i tal och skrift

Erfarenhet från verksamheter inom avfallshantering, återvinning, drift, entreprenad eller teknisk service är meriterande. Personliga egenskaper Vi söker dig som är:
