Vill du ha en varierad roll där du får kombinera administration, kundkontakt och analys? Vi söker nu en strukturerad och serviceinriktad administratör till en verksamhet i utveckling inom en bransch där hållbarhet och förändring står i fokus.

Om rollen

Som administratör har du en central samordningsroll där du dagligen samarbetar med kunder, kollegor och externa partners. Du ansvarar för att säkerställa effektiva flöden kopplade till transporter, fakturering och uppföljning – samtidigt som du bidrar med analys och förbättringsarbete.

Arbetet är varierande och kräver både noggrannhet och flexibilitet, då du hanterar flera processer parallellt.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter

  • Följa upp och kvittera utförda uppdrag
  • Ta emot kunder och hantera in- och utvägning av material
  • Kontrollera leveranser och rapportera avvikelser till kund
  • Registrera avsättningar och inleveranser
  • Granska leverantörsfakturor
  • Sammanställa faktureringsunderlag
  • Hantera fakturareklamationer och justeringar
  • Registrera volymer i olika system
  • Vårda register och utreda ofakturerade ordrar
  • Ta fram rapporter, statistik och analysunderlag
  • Stödja chefer och säljteam i uppföljning och utveckling
  • Ge support till kundservice och transportplanering

Du kommer även att bidra till utvecklingen av arbetssätt och processer i en bransch som förändras snabbt.

Din bakgrund

Vi söker dig som:

  • Har erfarenhet av administrativa och serviceinriktade arbetsuppgifter
  • Har gymnasieutbildning, gärna med ekonomisk inriktning
  • Har goda IT-kunskaper och är van att arbeta i flera system
  • Talar och skriver svenska obehindrat

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet från transport-, logistik- eller avfallsbranschen.
