Butikssäljare till väletablerad bygghandel

Vi söker nu en butikssäljare till en väletablerad aktör inom bygg- och järnhandel. Här blir du en viktig del av ett sammansvetsat team som arbetar nära företagets yrkeskunder och bidrar till en professionell och välfungerande butiksverksamhet.

Om tjänsten

I rollen som butikssäljare arbetar du med att ge kunderna bästa möjliga service samtidigt som du ansvarar för den dagliga driften i butiken. Merparten av kunderna är yrkesverksamma hantverkare och entreprenörer, vilket ställer krav på ett professionellt och lösningsorienterat bemötande.

Arbetstiderna är förlagda mellan 06.00 och 17.00.

Arbetsuppgifter

Som butikssäljare kommer du bland annat att arbeta med:

  • Försäljning till kunder enligt gällande kundavtal
  • Kundservice, rådgivning och produktrekommendationer
  • Aktiv och proaktiv försäljning via telefon
  • Ordermottagning samt upprättande av offerter och order
  • Packa upp, plocka och exponera varor i butik
  • Lastning, lossning och godsmottagning
  • Lagerpåfyllnad, inventering och inköp enligt avtal
  • Hantering av reklamationer
  • Kassatjänst (system trygg)
  • Uppdatering av artikelregister
  • Deltagande i kundaktiviteter och butiksevent
  • Löpande ordning, städning och optimering av butiksmiljön
  • Stöd till butiksteamet i det dagliga arbetet

Kunskaper i polska är meriterande.
