Mottagningsoperatör till metallåtervinning

Är du serviceinriktad, noggrann och trivs med en arbetsdag där kundkontakt kombineras med praktiska och administrativa uppgifter? Vi söker nu en mottagningsoperatör till vår kunds metallåtervinningsanläggning.

Du får en viktig roll i den dagliga verksamheten och blir ofta den första personen som möter kunder och leverantörer när de kommer till anläggningen.

Om tjänsten

Som mottagningsoperatör ansvarar du för att ta emot kunder, leverantörer och inkommande material på ett professionellt och effektivt sätt. Du väger in och ut fordon, kontrollerar och identifierar olika typer av metall samt registrerar vikter och andra uppgifter i verksamhetens system.

Arbetet innebär mycket kontakt med såväl privatpersoner och företagskunder som kollegor på anläggningen. Det är därför viktigt att du uppskattar kundkontakt samtidigt som du arbetar noggrant och strukturerat.

Arbetsuppgifter

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter kommer bland annat att vara att:

  • Ta emot och bemöta kunder och leverantörer
  • Väga in och ut fordon och inkommande material
  • Identifiera och klassificera olika typer av metall och metallskrot
  • Registrera vikter, material och andra uppgifter i verksamhetens system
  • Säkerställa att inkommande material hanteras och registreras korrekt
  • Hänvisa kunder till rätt plats på anläggningen
  • Ha löpande kontakt med kollegor inom produktion och materialhantering
  • Bidra till ordning, säkerhet och ett professionellt kundbemötande på anläggningen

Vem söker vi?

Vi söker framför allt dig som är noggrann, ansvarstagande och serviceinriktad. Eftersom arbetet innebär många kundbemötande är du bekväm med att möta olika typer av människor och kommunicerar på ett tydligt och trevligt sätt.

Du behöver också ha god datorvana eftersom registrering, dokumentation och administrativa arbetsuppgifter är en viktig del av tjänsten.

Vi ser gärna att du:

  • Har god datorvana
  • Har B-körkort
  • Truck kort är meriterande
  • Behärskar svenska väl i tal och skrift
  • Är noggrann och har ett gott ordningssinne
  • Har lätt för att lära dig nya system och rutiner
  • Är serviceinriktad och uppskattar kundkontakt
  • Kan arbeta självständigt och ta ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter

Erfarenhet från återvinning, metall, industri, lager eller liknande verksamhet är meriterande men inget krav. Ett intresse för metall och återvinning ser vi som ett stort plus.

Som person

Du har lätt för att skapa ett gott bemötande samtidigt som du vågar vara tydlig när situationen kräver det. Du förstår vikten av att information och registrering blir rätt från början och arbetar metodiskt även när tempot är högt.

Du uppskattar en varierad arbetsdag där service, administration och praktiskt arbete möts. Samtidigt är du nyfiken och motiverad att lära dig mer om olika material och hur arbetet på en metallåtervinningsanläggning fungerar.
