Om tjänsten

Som Teamledare Lager ansvarar du för den dagliga driften och leder det operativa arbetet på lagret. Du fungerar som en närvarande ledare som säkerställer effektiva arbetsflöden, hög kvalitet och en positiv arbetsmiljö.

Rollen innebär ett nära samarbete med kollegor och ledning där du får möjlighet att påverka och utveckla arbetssätt, processer och rutiner i takt med verksamhetens fortsatta tillväxt.

Arbetsuppgifter

  • Leda och fördela det dagliga arbetet på lagret
  • Säkerställa att plock, pack och inleveranser genomförs effektivt och med hög kvalitet
  • Följa upp produktivitet, kvalitet och leveransmål
  • Introducera och stötta medarbetare i det dagliga arbetet
  • Bidra till en positiv arbetsmiljö och stark teamkänsla
  • Arbeta aktivt med förbättringsarbete och processutveckling
  • Säkerställa ordning, struktur och god lagerhållning
  • Hantera och registrera varor i lager- och affärssystem
  • Delta i det operativa lagerarbetet vid behov

Din profil

Vi söker dig som har flera års erfarenhet av lagerarbete och som har arbetat i en ledande roll, exempelvis som teamledare, arbetsledare eller liknande.

Du är trygg i lagerverksamhetens olika moment och har god förståelse för hur effektiva lagerflöden skapas och utvecklas. Du är van att ta ansvar, fatta beslut och motivera medarbetare mot gemensamma mål.

  • Ansvarstagande och lösningsorienterad
  • Strukturerad och kvalitetsmedveten
  • Prestigelös och samarbetsinriktad
  • Initiativtagande och utvecklingsorienterad
  • Bekväm med att arbeta i ett högt tempo

Vi söker dig som har

  • Minst fem års erfarenhet av lagerarbete
  • Erfarenhet av en ledande roll inom lager eller logistik
  • Giltigt truckkort
  • God datorvana
  • Erfarenhet av lager- och affärssystem
  • Goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av höglager
  • Erfarenhet av WMS-system
  • Erfarenhet av förändrings- och förbättringsarbete
  • Intresse för e-handel, teknik eller gaming
