Transport koordinator

Är du en strukturerad och lösningsorienterad person som trivs i en händelserik miljö där ingen dag är den andra lik? Har du erfarenhet av transportledning, kundkontakt och planering? Då kan detta vara rollen för dig.

Om tjänsten

Vi söker nu en transportledare/koordinator till vår kund, ett väletablerat företag som arbetar med transporter, installationer och logistiklösningar av teknisk och känslig utrustning över hela Sverige.

I rollen ansvarar du för att planera och koordinera transporter och uppdrag enligt gällande lagar, regler och kundkrav. Du är navet mellan kunder, chaufförer, tekniker och interna avdelningar och arbetar aktivt för att säkerställa hög kvalitet, god service och effektiva arbetsflöden.

Arbetsuppgifter

I denna roll kommer du bland annat att:

  • Planera transporter och uppdrag enligt gällande lagar och krav
  • Hantera bokningar, uppdrag, prissättning och avrapportering
  • Samplanera och koordinera med andra avdelningar inom verksamheten
  • Arbeta för ett tids- och kostnadseffektivt genomförande av uppdragen
  • Säkerställa att chaufförer har rätt förutsättningar för att utföra sitt arbete
  • Stötta chaufförer och tekniker i det dagliga arbetet
  • Delta i semesterplanering och hantering av ledighetsansökningar
  • Följa upp effektivitet samt initiera och driva förbättringsåtgärder
  • Besvara prisförfrågningar och hantera kunddialoger
  • Följa upp kvalitetsärenden vid behov
  • Hantera akuta situationer såsom förseningar eller fordonsrelaterade problem

Vi söker dig som

  • Har erfarenhet av att koordinera och planera resurser
  • Har god vana av kundkontakt och service
  • Har tidigare erfarenhet från transport- eller logistikbranschen
  • Har mycket god datorvana och grundläggande kunskaper i Excel
  • Behärskar svenska och engelska i tal och skrift
  • Är stresstålig och kan prioritera effektivt även i högt tempo
  • Är ansvarstagande, kommunikativ och lösningsorienterad

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av personalansvar.
