Har du erfarenhet av transport eller logistik och trivs i en roll där planering, problemlösning och många kontaktytor är en naturlig del av vardagen? Vi söker nu en transportplanerare som vill arbeta operativt med att skapa effektiva och välfungerande transportflöden.

Det här är en roll för dig som gillar ett högt tempo, snabbt kan ställa om när förutsättningarna förändras och samtidigt behåller struktur och fokus på kvalitet och säkerhet. Det finns goda möjligheter till anställning hos kund efter en inledande period som konsult.

Om tjänsten

Som transportplanerare arbetar du med att planera, samordna och optimera den dagliga transportverksamheten. Du blir en viktig kontaktperson i den operativa verksamheten och hanterar såväl planerade uppdrag som de förändringar och avvikelser som kan uppstå under arbetsdagen.

Rollen innebär ett nära samarbete med chaufförer, kunder, kollegor och andra interna funktioner. Du samarbetar även med andra transportplanerare inom regionen för att utveckla arbetssätt och skapa effektiva transportflöden.

Arbetsuppgifter

I rollen kommer du bland annat att:

  • Planera och optimera den dagliga transportverksamheten med fokus på effektivitet, kvalitet och säkerhet.
  • Fördela transportuppdrag och resurser utifrån tillgänglig kapacitet och verksamhetens behov.
  • Ha löpande kontakt med chaufförer, kunder och interna funktioner.
  • Hantera förändringar och avvikelser samt hitta lösningar när förutsättningarna snabbt förändras.
  • Samarbeta med andra transportplanerare inom regionen.
  • Bidra till att utveckla gemensamma arbetssätt och förbättra transportflöden.

Vi söker dig som

  • Har mycket god kommunikativ förmåga på svenska, både i tal och skrift.
  • Arbetar strukturerat och lösningsorienterat.
  • Har förmåga att prioritera och fatta beslut även när tempot är högt och förutsättningarna förändras.
  • Är självgående och ansvarstagande samtidigt som du trivs med att samarbeta med andra.

Meriterande

Det är meriterande om du har:

  • Erfarenhet från transport-, logistik-, avfalls- eller återvinningsbranschen.
  • ADR-kunskap eller ADR-behörighet.
  • Erfarenhet av tankbilar, vilket värderas högt för tjänsten.
  • Kunskap om transportlagstiftning samt kör- och vilotider.
  • Kunskap om arbetsmiljöfrågor inom transportverksamhet.

För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att dina personliga egenskaper är minst lika viktiga som din tidigare erfarenhet. Du är kommunikativ och lösningsorienterad och har lätt för att skapa goda relationer med chaufförer, kunder och kollegor.

Du trivs med att samarbeta men är samtidigt trygg i att arbeta självständigt och fatta beslut när situationen kräver det. Du kan växla mellan detaljer och helhet och behåller lugnet när planeringen behöver ändras med kort varsel.

Med ett stort engagemang och en stark ansvarskänsla bidrar du till effektiva transportflöden, hög kvalitet och ett gott samarbete i den dagliga verksamheten.
