Om rollen

Som Säljchef Sverige har du det övergripande ansvaret för vår försäljningsorganisation och teamet i Sverige. Du blir en central del av vår framgångsresa – med fokus på att nå ambitiösa mål, utveckla arbetssätt och skapa värde för våra kunder. Du är närvarande i affären, deltar i kundmöten och inspirerar ditt team till att leverera toppresultat.

Dina ansvarsområden

  • Leda och utveckla försäljningsorganisationen i Sverige.
  • Säkerställa att vi når våra mål och följer lagar, regler och rutiner.
  • Aktivt delta i försäljningsarbetet – från anbud och upphandlingar till offerter.
  • Driva förbättringsarbete och affärsplanering.
  • Budgetansvar och styrning mot uppsatta ekonomiska mål.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

  • Planera och organisera resurser, inklusive rekrytering och kompetensutveckling.
  • Delta i affärsmöten med våra lokala team (syd/mitt).
  • Hålla utvecklingssamtal och arbeta med ständiga förbättringar.
  • Utbildningsplanering och bemanningsstrategi.
  • Säkerställa dokumentation och rutiner för verksamhetsområdet.

Vi söker dig som

  • Har erfarenhet av ledarskap inom försäljning, gärna med fokus på offentlig upphandling och LOU.
  • Är strukturerad, kommunikativ och har förmåga att inspirera andra.
  • Trivs med att kombinera strategiskt arbete med operativ närvaro.
  • Har god förståelse för affärsprocesser och budgetarbete.
  • Har affärsförståelse och ett driv.
  • Erfarenhet från Medtech är meriterande.
