Aïda Hôtel & Spa *****

Recherche un(e) réceptionniste polyvalent(e) pour la saison hivernale, afin de renforcer son équipe

Vos missions :

Réception et accueil

  • Assurer l’accueil, les check-in et check-out des clients.
  • Gérer les demandes des clients tout au long de leur séjour et anticiper leurs besoins.
  • Répondre aux appels téléphoniques, e-mails et demandes de renseignements.
  • Assurer le suivi des réservations et des opérations de facturation et d’encaissement.
  • Veiller à la bonne transmission des informations entre les différents départements.
  • Garantir la qualité du service et la satisfaction de notre clientèle internationale.
  • Assurer les tâches administratives et les procédures de clôture propres au shift du soir.

Service voiturier et bagagiste

  • Prendre en charge, stationner et restituer les véhicules des clients avec soin et professionnalisme.
  • Assurer le transport des bagages jusqu'aux chambres et accompagner les clients lors de leur installation.

Qualifications

Votre profil

  • Expérience dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans l’hôtellerie haut de gamme.
  • Excellente présentation, sens de l’accueil et du service client.
  • Personnalité dynamique, polyvalente, autonome et organisée.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et à s'adapter aux besoins de l'établissement.
  • Maîtrise du français et bon niveau d'anglais indispensable. Toute autre langue est un atout.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels de gestion hôtelière.
  • Permis de conduire catégorie B valide indispensable, avec une bonne aisance dans la conduite de différents types de véhicules.
  • Disponibilité pour travailler en soirée, les week-ends et les jours fériés.
