Position Summary:

The Principal software Engineer will lead enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 F&O technical architecture, modernization, integrations, and governance initiatives supporting Columbia Sportswear’s Retail ecosystem.

Job Specifications:

  • Minimum 8+ years of D365 technical architecture experience
  • Strong expertise in:
  • D365 F&O architecture
  • Azure integrations
  • APIs and middleware
  • Retail and Commerce architecture
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale D365 implementations
  • Experience supporting live production D365 systems
  • Strong understanding of POS and Commerce integrations
  • Experience with CI/CD and Azure DevOps
  • Strong stakeholder and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define enterprise architecture standards
  • Lead technical architecture and modernization initiatives
  • Support governance for live D365 environments
  • Drive optimization and scalability improvements
  • Lead technical support escalations and RCA activities
  • Review code quality and deployment standards
  • Conduct technical workshops and solution reviews
  • Support roadmap planning and technical estimations
  • Mentor engineering and development teams
