Job Overview

Are you an experienced marketing expert with a passion for building great brands people love? If so, let’s talk!

We’re looking for a brand manager to help champion and grow Relativity’s strategic thought leadership. Reporting into the brand team within Marketing, this role will play a key part in translating industry-focused brand strategy into consistent, high-impact execution across content, campaigns, communications, events, and experiences.

This is a manager-level role with one direct report, responsible for both hands-on brand and people leadership. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to shape how our customers, partners, team members, and the broader legal data intelligence industry understand emerging issues, ideas, and opportunities through a strong, cohesive brand.

Job Description and Requirements

Your role in action

  • Plans and implements integrated thought leadership campaigns and programs focused on awareness and adoption, including creative direction, content development, events, PR, social, influencer marketing, and digital channel activation, ensuring timely completion of all deliverables.
  • Analyzes campaign and program impact and shares insights with stakeholders.
  • Helps evolve positioning and messaging in response to market dynamics, industry trends, and audience insights, using data and qualitative feedback to inform decisions and improvements.
  • Owns and maintains messaging, editorial guidance, and supporting assets in partnership with subject matter experts (authors) as well as creative, content, communications, and digital teams. Ensures scalable, consistent application of the brand voice, story, and point of view across all assets.
  • Activates distinct cohorts of program contributors and industry experts and manages day-to-day relationships.
  • Manages a senior specialist, setting clear priorities, providing feedback, and supporting career growth.
  • Considers the role of AI in supporting the consistency, efficiency, and accuracy of content and related brand elements everywhere they’re applied.

Your skills

  • 5 – 10+ years of marketing experience with 3+ years of brand management or strategy experience within an advertising or branding agency, consulting firm, or client-side—preferably in B2B or SaaS environments.
  • Prior people management experience, including coaching and performance development.
  • Experience leading the implementation of thought leadership programs and communicating these to internal and external teams to drive consistency and strengthen brand equity.
  • Experience creating and implementing multi-channel thought leadership campaigns and programs with a proven track record of results and managing budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver high-quality work efficiently.
  • Clear, confident communicator with exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
