Releasy AS er et veletablert selskap som har flere store oppdragsgivere i Norge innen kundeservice. Vi er en av Norges ledende aktører innenfor outsourcing av kundeservice. Vi har lang erfaring fra en rekke bransjer som media, strøm, logistikk, telecom og sikkerhet.

Vår avdeling i Oslo Nydalen søker nå etter 7 kundeservicemedarbeidere i midlertidige stillinger, med mulighet for fast ansettelse.

Mandag - Fredag

100% stilling.

Hvem er du?

  • Du er serviceinnstilt, ansvarsbevisst og har teknisk forståelse. Dette betyr at du også må ha lett for å sette deg inn i datasystemer
  • Du trives med telefon som arbeidsverktøy.
  • Du er flytende i norsk (muntlig og skriftlig)
  • Villig til å ta del i det sosiale som skjer

Du må ikke ha erfaring fra arbeid i et kundesenter fra før. Det viktigste er at du er lærevillig, og har et ønske om å skape gode kundeopplevelser.
