Vi söker en Business Manager till vårt kontor i Borlänge. Hos oss får du en central roll nära den dagliga verksamheten, där du leder och stöttar våra Teamledare och ser till att vi har rätt förutsättningar och resurser i våra uppdrag.

Om rollen

Som Business Manager ansvarar du för team inom två av våra uppdrag. Ansvarsområdet kan förändras över tid utifrån verksamhetens och våra uppdragsgivares behov.

I rollen kommer du bland annat att:

  • Leda, stötta och utveckla våra Teamledare
  • Planera och prioritera resurser utifrån verksamhetens behov
  • Ansvara för budget och löpande följa upp resultat och kostnader för dina uppdrag
  • Ha en nära och löpande dialog med våra uppdragsgivare
  • Säkerställa tydlig och kontinuerlig återkoppling
  • Bidra till en arbetsmiljö där medarbetare trivs, utvecklas och lyckas tillsammans

Rollen är en heltidstjänst där du rapporterar till Platschef. Anställningen är tillsvidare med en inledande provanställning på 6 månader.

Önskat tillträde är den 1 december, med möjlighet till start enligt överenskommelse.

Vem söker vi?

Vi tror att du trivs i en vardag där tempot kan variera och där du behöver växla mellan människor, resultat och praktiska frågor. Du är social, noggrann och lösningsorienterad, med lätt för att skapa förtroende och bygga goda relationer.

Du har förmågan att se helheten, sortera bland olika behov och prioritera resurser där de gör störst nytta. När flera saker händer samtidigt behåller du strukturen, skapar tydlighet och ser till att rätt personer får den återkoppling de behöver.

För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du:

  • Kommunicerar flytande på svenska och engelska
  • Har erfarenhet av ledarskap och personalansvar
  • Har erfarenhet av att driva utvecklingsprojekt för att förbättra och utveckla verksamheten

Det är meriterande om du har relevant eftergymnasial utbildning och/eller erfarenhet från kundservice, serviceverksamhet eller liknande.
