Om rollen

Som central kundmottagare blir du en viktig del av vårt team och hjälper kunder med bokningar till verkstad. Du arbetar i en dynamisk miljö där samarbete, kommunikation och problemlösning står i centrum. För att lyckas i rollen behöver du kunna möta kunder med tydlighet, lyhördhet och professionalism – samtidigt som du bidrar till ett positivt arbetsklimat.

När teamet arbetar nära varandra, delar kunskap och stöttar varandra, skapar vi både bättre resultat och en roligare arbetsdag. Din insats är avgörande för att varje kund ska få en smidig och positiv upplevelse.

  • Erfarenhet av kundservice/kundmottagning
  • Flytande svenska i tal och skrift
  • God engelska i tal och skrift
  • Vana av att arbeta med telefon och dator
  • God teknisk förståelse
  • Bilintresse är ett plus, men inget krav
  • En serviceinriktad och lösningsorienterad inställning
  • Förmåga att arbeta proaktivt och se kundens behov
  • Erfarenhet av merförsäljning eller ett intresse för försäljning
  • God kommunikativ förmåga och ett genuint intresse för att skapa positiva kundupplevelser

Du kommer att trivas hos oss om du har en stark arbetsmoral, gillar att samarbeta och samtidigt känner dig trygg i att arbeta självständigt.
