Mechaniker/in Antriebstechnik 100% --------------------------------------

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Montage von Antriebskomponenten (Elektromotoren, Getriebe, Bremsen, Kupplungen, Encoder/Geber)
  • Mechanische Montage von Verzahnungsteilen, Wellen, Lagern und Dichtungen (Passungen prüfen, ausrichten, schmieren, einsetzen)
  • Elektrische Verdrahtung und Verkabelung der Antriebskomponenten (Motor, Bremse, Geber, Regler / Frequenzumrichter)
  • Technische Funktionsprüfung und Qualitätskontrolle nach definierten Prüfkriterien inkl. Dokumentation
  • Systematische Fehlersuche und Behebung von mechanischen und elektrischen Fehlern bei Montage und Funktionsprüfung

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene mechanische oder elektromechanische Ausbildung (Automatiker, Polymechaniker, Mechaniker, Land\-/Baumaschinenmechaniker, Automobil\-Mechatroniker / Automechaniker oder ähnlich)
  • Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in der mechanischen und elektromechanischen Montage, idealerweise in der Antriebstechnik
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Lesen und Umsetzen von technischen Zeichnungen, Stücklisten und Elektroschemas
  • Sicherer Umgang mit mechanischen und elektrischen Mess\- und Prüfmitteln
  • Gute mechanische und elektrotechnische Grundkenntnisse
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Exakte, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
