  What will you do?

Design, test, and refine prompts for generative AI platforms to improve output quality, accuracy, and consistency. Build AI-powered workflows, automations, and lightweight applications using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power Platform, and related technologies. Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, understand requirements, and translate complex business challenges into practical AI-enabled solutions. Develop proofs of concept and prototypes that improve productivity, efficiency, and business outcomes. Monitor solution performance, analyze results, and recommend enhancements to improve accuracy, reliability, user experience, and business value. Support data-driven reporting and analytics to track progress, measure adoption, and demonstrate the impact of AI initiatives. Assist with the continuous optimization of AI models, workflows, prompts, and automations to align with evolving business needs. Support responsible AI practices, including governance, security, privacy, compliance, and ethical AI usage. Create documentation, user guides, and training materials to support adoption and user enablement. Work independently through ambiguity and changing priorities to deliver successful outcomes. Stay current on emerging AI trends, tools, and technologies, and identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.

    What do you bring?

2–5 years of experience in AI, automation, software development, business technology, digital transformation, or a related field. A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Technology Management, Artificial Intelligence, Management Analytics, or a related discipline. Experience working with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies. Experience designing prompts and building AI-powered workflows, automations, or digital solutions that improve business outcomes. Familiarity with Power Platform, Power Automate, Python, APIs, low-code/no-code development, or related technologies is considered an asset. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and independently drive solutions forward. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. A growth mindset, curiosity, and enthusiasm for learning and experimenting with emerging technologies.
