Rhythms & Expectations

Weekly Rhythms

  • Team MeetingsTuesday staff meetings Weekly meeting with the assigned ministry director
  • Ministry WorkHands-on work in assigned ministry areas throughout the week and assisting in Sunday services.
  • Mentorship & CoachingWeekly check-ins with the intern director Meet with a member of the pastoral team twice during the internship
  • Theological Development Reading assignments and table discussions
  • Personal ReflectionEncouraged journaling and capturing questions and self-reflections throughout the week

  • Commit to leadership development (direct report meetings, table discussions, assigned readings)
  • Help support and fulfill the mission, vision, and values of Frontline Church
  • Commit to pursuing healthy devotion with Jesus
