At ReliaQuest, GreyMatter wins win the market understand it.

We’re looking for a creative, versatile Product Marketing Manager who can turn market trends, customer challenges, and product innovation into compelling stories, content, and experiences that help ReliaQuest grow.

This role goes beyond traditional product positioning and launch materials. You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Technical Product Marketing, and business leaders to uncover what customers need to understand and find new ways to communicate it. Whether you’re developing a cross-product use-case guide, creating a compelling webinar, building a customer-facing presentation, or getting in front of a camera to explain an emerging cybersecurity trend, you’ll help bring the ReliaQuest story to life.

We’re looking for someone who brings ideas, not just executes assignments, and enjoys seeing those ideas become something meaningful for the business.

The everyday hustle:

  • Develop compelling go-to-market content and resources that help prospects and customers understand the capabilities and value of GreyMatter.
  • Partner with Sales, BDRs, Customer Success, and GreyMatter Operations to identify recurring questions, customer challenges, competitive objections, and gaps in existing materials.
  • Create customer- and prospect-facing presentations, use-case guides, solution narratives, competitive resources, FAQs, and other go-to-market content.
  • Develop cross-product use cases that demonstrate how multiple GreyMatter capabilities work together to solve business and security operations challenges.
  • Translate cybersecurity trends, competitive developments, and market shifts into relevant messaging, thought leadership, and customer-facing materials.
  • Develop concepts, titles, abstracts, and narratives for webinars, industry events, executive presentations, and conference sessions.
  • Present and participate in webinars, videos, lightboard sessions, customer discussions, and internal product education.
  • Partner with Technical Product Marketing to translate technical capabilities into clear business value and compelling market stories.
  • Develop website messaging and content for product, solution, use-case, and market-focused pages.
  • Conduct conversations with customers, prospects, Sales, and Customer Success to uncover opportunities for new content and GTM activation.
  • Work with Content and Creative to bring ideas to life through videos, presentations, interactive content, and written materials.
  • Gather market and competitive intelligence through customer conversations, internal teams, analysts, and industry research.
  • Support initiatives that drive new customer acquisition, customer expansion, product awareness, adoption, and retention.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Professional experience in product marketing, content marketing, go-to-market strategy, or a related marketing role within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, industry trends, enterprise security challenges, and the needs of security operations teams.
  • Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills, particularly when translating complex cybersecurity topics into accessible and engaging content.
  • Experience creating customer-facing presentations, marketing content, webinars, use-case materials, or other GTM resources.
  • Ability to develop original ideas and independently turn ambiguous business needs into compelling content and deliverables.
  • Confidence presenting information, facilitating discussions, and communicating with different audiences.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, executives, or other business teams.
  • Understanding of how content and messaging support customer acquisition, expansion, and retention.
  • Curiosity about cybersecurity industry trends, customer challenges, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects from concept through execution.

What makes you uncommon?

  • Cybersecurity certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or other relevant industry certifications.
  • Experience marketing enterprise security platforms, SOC solutions, AI-driven cybersecurity, or security operations technology.
  • Experience hosting webinars, moderating panels, presenting on camera, or creating educational videos.
  • Experience developing competitive battlecards, cross-product use cases, or customer value narratives.
  • A track record of proactively identifying content opportunities through customer or market insights.
  • Experience translating complex technical topics into business-focused stories.
  • Experience creating executive thought leadership or presenting at industry events.
  • A portfolio of original GTM content, presentations, videos, or market-facing work.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
