PEOPLE & CULTURE: Du agierst als Ansprechpartner*in für alle relevanten HR-Themen im Umfeld der Remazing Group. Schwerpunktmäßig betreust du innerhalb unseres P&C Teams unsere Entities Remazing Core und Remazing Nova, wobei du sowohl national als auch international arbeitest. Dabei kooperierst du eng mit der Geschäftsführung, den Team Leads sowie unseren Mitarbeitenden.

RECRUITING: Du verantwortest den Recruitingprozess für bestimmte Positionen – vom Bewerbungsscreening über die Prozesskoordination und Durchführung von Interviews bis hin zur Angebotsvermittlung. Aktives Sourcing über (Business-)Netzwerke gehört dabei ebenso dazu wie eine exzellente Candidate Journey in jeder Phase.

ON- & OFFBOARDING: Du begleitest neue Kolleg*innen durch ihren Onboarding-Prozess und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Start im Team. Ebenso koordinierst du strukturierte Offboarding-Prozesse und stellst sicher, dass Übergaben sauber geregelt sind.

UNTERNEHMENSKULTUR: Du gestaltest unsere Unternehmenskultur aktiv mit – durch Events, interne Kommunikation sowie weitere Initiativen oder vielseitige Projekte, die unser P&C Team betreut.

OFFICE MANAGEMENT & ESG: Du sorgst für einen funktionierenden Büroalltag und bist Ansprechpartner*in für administrative und organisatorische Themen. Ergänzend begleitest du unsere ESG-Aktivitäten und hilfst dabei, relevante Maßnahmen im Blick zu behalten.

Dein Profil

STUDIUM: Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftspsychologie oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement, oder einen vergleichbaren Hintergrund.

ERSTE BERUFSERFAHRUNG: Du bringst mindestens 1 bis 2 Jahre Erfahrung im HR-Umfeld mit, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Recruiting, On-/Offboarding oder Unternehmenskultur. Wenn du diese Erfahrung im Startup- oder Agenturumfeld gesammelt hast, ist das von Vorteil.

STRUKTUR & AUGE FÜRS DETAIL: Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und sorgfältig. Du findest dich schnell in neue Themen ein, behältst den Überblick, lernst aus Fehlern und denkst deine Verantwortlichkeiten zu Ende.

HANDS-ON MENTALITÄT: Du packst an, wo es gebraucht wird – auch wenn das bedeutet, operative und administrative Aufgaben zu übernehmen. Du bist offen, schätzt den persönlichen Austausch und hast kein Problem damit, mehrmals die Woche im Büro präsent zu sein.

SPRACHE: Exzellente Kommunikation in der deutschen Sprache ist für dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Du sprichst außerdem fließend Englisch – weitere Fremdsprachen sind ein absolutes Plus.
