The posting

Remedio is transforming how organizations reduce cyber risk.

While most security tools focus on finding problems, Remedio focuses on fixing them.

Our Autonomous Remediation Platform helps enterprises continuously and safely reduce exposure by remediating vulnerabilities and misconfigurations, closing patching gaps, hardening systems, enforcing compliance, governing applications, and controlling AI risk.

By combining deep dependency awareness, pre-execution validation, automated remediation, and instant rollback, Remedio enables organizations to eliminate risk across endpoints, servers, applications, and AI systems - without disrupting business operations.

Founded in 2019, Remedio spent its first years as a bootstrapped, profitable company, building a strong enterprise customer base before raising a $65M Series A led by Bessemer Venture Partners.

Today, more than 300 enterprise organizations trust Remedio to protect over 3M devices worldwide, including Amazon, Colgate-Palmolive, Kraft Heinz, Coca Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, and many more.

As we continue expanding our platform and growing our global business, we’re looking for exceptional people who want to take ownership, solve meaningful challenges, and help shape the next chapter of Remedio’s journey.

About the Team

Our Sensor Engineering team develops the foundational technology behind Remedio’s platform, powering real-time posture analysis, security visibility, and automated remediation at enterprise scale.

The team works on high-scale, cross-platform infrastructure designed to help organizations continuously detect, analyze, and safely resolve security and configuration risks across their environments.

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Sensor team.

You’ll work on the core technology behind Remedio’s platform, building high-performance, cross-platform capabilities that run close to the operating system and power security analysis and automated remediation at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop core components of Remedio’s cross-platform sensor
  • Build scalable, high-performance capabilities across Windows, Linux, and macOS
  • Solve complex engineering challenges involving concurrency, memory, performance, reliability, and system internals
  • Take ownership of features from technical design through implementation and production
  • Contribute to architecture and technical decisions across core product components
  • Work closely with Product, Security, Research, and other engineering teams
  • Maintain high engineering standards through strong design, testing, and code quality

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development experience in complex production systems
  • Strong experience developing system-level, endpoint, agent-based, or security products
  • Hands-on experience working close to operating systems and system internals
  • Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, memory management, and performance optimization
  • Strong coding skills in GO / modern C++ / similar
  • Experience developing for Windows, Linux, and / or macOS
  • Strong software design and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to independently own complex technical challenges from design to production
  • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical / military experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience with telemetry, observability, runtime analysis, or system monitoring
  • Familiarity with low-level OS technologies and mechanisms such as eBPF, ETW, WMI, system services, or daemons
  • Experience building software for large-scale enterprise environments

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
