The posting

We are looking for dependable, energetic team members to assist with events at our conference center. Banquet Servers are responsible for event setup and breakdown, including tables, chairs, linens and equipment, as well as food and beverage service, guest assistance, clearing, cleaning, and resetting event spaces.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on position requiring excellent teamwork, a positive attitude, and attention to detail. Flexible availability is required, as shifts vary based on events and may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience is helpful but not required—we are happy to train the right person!

What we are looking for

  • Customer service focused, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, likes to communicate with guests and associates.
  • High work ethic and self-initiative
  • Ability to work in high pressure situations
  • Flexible to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Someone who enjoys working as and being part of a team that provides great experiences for our Guests!.
