Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie übernehmen die fachliche und personelle Führung von rund 15 Mitarbeitenden in der Tagschicht im Bereich \& Brötchen
  • Sie tragen die Gesamtverantwortung für die Organisation und Koordination des Tagschichtbetriebs
  • Sie stellen einen reibungslosen, effizienten und termingerechten Produktionsablauf sicher
  • Sie planen und steuern die täglichen Produktionsmengen und sorgen dafür, dass unsere Filialen und Kunden zuverlässig mit frischen Backwaren versorgt werden
  • Sie optimieren laufend die Produktionsprozesse und schaffen gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team effiziente und nachhaltige Abläufe
  • Sie stellen die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards, Rezepturen und HACCP\-Richtlinien sicher
  • Sie tragen die Verantwortung für die korrekte Fertigstellung, Bereitstellung und Verteilung der Produkte innerhalb des Betriebs
  • Sie erkennen Optimierungspotenziale und setzen Verbesserungen in der Produktion zielgerichtet um
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit den angrenzenden Produktionsbereichen sowie weiteren Abteilungen zusammen und bringen sich aktiv in bereichsübergreifende Projekte ein
  • Sie fördern, begleiten und entwickeln Ihre Mitarbeitenden und sorgen für eine gute Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des Teams
  • Sie packen selbst mit an und gehen als Führungspersönlichkeit mit gutem Beispiel voran

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bäcker/in\-Konditor/in EFZ und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Bäckereiproduktion
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung, idealerweise in einem Produktionsbetrieb
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse und eine sichere Kommunikation im Arbeitsalltag
  • Sie übernehmen gerne Verantwortung und treffen auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen die richtigen Entscheidungen
  • Sie verfügen über ein ausgeprägtes Qualitäts\- und Hygienebewusstsein und arbeiten strukturiert sowie lösungsorientiert
  • Sie haben Freude daran, Mitarbeitende zu führen, zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Sie denken unternehmerisch und haben ein gutes Verständnis für effiziente Produktionsabläufe
  • Sie sind offen für neue Ideen und treiben Verbesserungen aktiv voran
  • Sie behalten auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick und sorgen dafür, dass unsere Produktion zuverlässig läuft
