Estamos em busca de um profissional para atuar na área de Telecomunicações, com foco em controle operacional, análise de custos, acompanhamento de indicadores e otimização de processos relacionados às atividades de manutenção e suporte de rede.

Buscamos alguém com perfil analítico, conhecimento do setor de telecomunicações e entendimento dos produtos e soluções Huawei, capaz de contribuir para a eficiência operacional, o controle de recursos e a melhoria contínua dos serviços.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Coletar, consolidar e analisar dados operacionais das atividades de manutenção de campo, apoiando a elaboração de relatórios e o acompanhamento do desempenho das operações de telecomunicações;
  • Aplicar e acompanhar modelos logísticos e operacionais, garantindo a execução das atividades conforme os procedimentos e padrões estabelecidos;
  • Monitorar custos operacionais relacionados às atividades de manutenção, identificando oportunidades de redução de custos, otimização de recursos e melhoria de processos;
  • Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho e SLAs, contribuindo para a qualidade e a eficiência dos serviços de manutenção e suporte de rede;
  • Identificar riscos operacionais recorrentes, reportar desvios e apoiar a implementação de ações corretivas junto às equipes responsáveis;
  • Analisar fluxos de trabalho e processos operacionais, contribuindo para a padronização e a implementação de melhorias;
  • Apoiar o levantamento e o controle dos custos associados às atividades de manutenção, considerando recursos técnicos, logísticos e operacionais;
  • Elaborar relatórios gerenciais com dados consolidados, indicadores e análises que auxiliem no acompanhamento dos resultados e na tomada de decisão;
  • Colaborar com as equipes de planejamento e operação no controle das atividades, na identificação de gargalos e na melhoria da produtividade;
  • Utilizar conhecimentos sobre produtos, equipamentos e soluções Huawei para apoiar o entendimento das operações de manutenção e dos recursos envolvidos.
  • Conhecimento ou experiência na área de telecomunicações, especialmente em operações, manutenção ou suporte de rede;
  • Conhecimento dos produtos, equipamentos e soluções Huawei aplicados ao ambiente de telecomunicações;
  • Experiência com acompanhamento de indicadores operacionais, custos, SLAs ou relatórios de desempenho;
  • Capacidade analítica para interpretar dados, identificar desvios e propor melhorias;
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e habilidade para trabalhar com informações operacionais;
  • Boa comunicação, proatividade e facilidade para atuar em conjunto com equipes multidisciplinares.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com operações de manutenção de redes de telecomunicações;
  • Conhecimento de processos de controle operacional, planejamento logístico e gestão de recursos;
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de análise de dados, planilhas e elaboração de relatórios gerenciais;
  • Vivência em ambientes que utilizam equipamentos e soluções Huawei.
