The posting

Our client, a premiere law firm, is seeking a proactive and professional temporary Database Assistant to join their Washington, DC office!

About You:

  • An associate degree is required.
  • 1+ years of professional office experience.
  • Strong skills in MS Office Suite, especially with Excel.
  • Ability to interact with clients, vendors, and all levels of office personnel.
  • Proactive and attentive to detail; demonstrate poise and professionalism in both written and verbal communication.
  • Strong data entry skills, background in research is a plus

The Job:

  • Draft, proofread, and revise correspondence.
  • Perform various data entry tasks.
  • Greet clients and visitors as well as answer incoming calls and take messages.
  • Process invoices and expense reports.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate any work tickets with building management.
  • This job will require in-office work.
