Are you enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree Program in Psychology, Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field? If so, we have an exciting opportunity just for you!

At Remoti, we are looking for motivated, bilingual students based in Bogotá who are eager to learn about recruitment, tech, and the intricacies of building an international startup. We seek individuals with teamwork skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a drive to grow within the tech industry.

About the Program: Our 6-month Finding Remy internship offers a unique rotational experience, allowing you to gain insight across several departments. We provide all the necessary work equipment, a competitive salary, and a hybrid work model that enables you to learn, grow, and apply your skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Interviewing: Identify top global talent for our clients, from crafting job descriptions to presenting candidates to clients.
  • IT and HR Consulting: Learn how recruitment operates in the IT field and the critical role of HR consultants in modern organizations.
  • Sales: Hone your skills by selling the client to the candidates and the candidates to the client.
  • Final Project: Create a comprehensive working guide to Remotis Intern Culture and Workflow, filled with tips, insights, and ideas.
  • HR Trainee Business Partner: Dive into broader HR functions beyond recruitment and hiringthis is your opportunity to learn and explore.

What We Value:

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor's Degree Program: You must be actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Proficiency in English: A minimum level of B2 or higher in English.
