Om tjänsten Vi söker en legitimerad arbetsterapeut för uppdrag inom rehabilitering och hjälpmedelsanpassning i kundföretagets verksamhetsområde. SuperRen hanterar denna aktiva rekrytering åt en kund och rekryteringen gäller anställning direkt hos kundföretaget. Rollen innebär att stödja personer i alla åldrar för att öka deras självständighet i vardagliga aktiviteter, med särskilt fokus på utredning, behandlingsplanering samt anpassning av bostad och hjälpmedel.

Vad du kommer att göra Genomföra bedömningar av ADL-förmåga och upprätta individuella behandlings- och rehabiliteringsplaner. Utföra träning och handledning med patient och närstående för att främja självständighet i vardagen. Besiktiga och föreslå bostadsanpassningar samt initiera beställning och utprovning av hjälpmedel. Dokumentera insatser och följa upp resultat enligt gällande rutiner och sekretesskrav. Samarbeta i multidisciplinära team och delta i möten med patientens nätverk för att säkerställa helhetslösningar. Arbeta enligt säkerhetsrutiner, smittskydd och hållbara arbetssätt som minimerar miljöpåverkan och resursslöseri.

Vem vi söker Legitimerad arbetsterapeut med erfarenhet av utredning, habilitering eller bostadsanpassning. God förmåga att kommunicera på svenska i tal och skrift och vana att dokumentera i journalsystem. Du är driven och tar eget ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter Du levererar hög kvalitet och noggrannhet i varje moment Du har lätt för att samarbeta och bidrar till god stämning Du är öppen för att lära dig nya rutiner och anpassa dig efter kundens behov

Anställningsform och lön Exakt anställningsform och omfattning kommer att anpassas efter kundens behov och överenskommelse med kandidaten. Anställningen sker direkt hos kundföretaget i kundföretagets verksamhetsområde i enlighet med LAS (1982:80) och gällande kollektivavtal.
