Om tjänsten Som barnsjuksköterska kommer du att arbeta med vård och omhändertagande av barn och ungdomar i alla åldrar i din region. SuperRen ansvarar för rekryteringsprocessen åt en klientföretag som är verksamt i området. Tjänsten har särskilt fokus på pediatrisk vård i akut-, avdelnings- och mottagningsmiljöer och innebär nära samarbete med läkare, sjukvårdsteam och familjer.

Vad du kommer att göra Bedöma och prioritera akuta och planerade vårdbehov hos barn och ungdomar. Ge och dokumentera ordinerad medicinering, infusioner och smärtlindring enligt rutiner. Utföra såromläggningar, vaccinationer och grundläggande omvårdnadsinsatser med fokus på patientsäkerhet. Ge stöd, information och vägledning till barn och föräldrar i olika vårdsituationer. Samarbeta med läkare och multiprofessionella team samt föra noggrann journalföring i patientdokumentationssystem. Följa säkerhetsrutiner och använda miljövänliga och godkända rengörings- och hygienrutiner för att minska smittspridning. Deltar i mottagnings- och avvikelsehantering samt bidrar till förbättringsarbete på avdelningen.

Vem vi söker Sjuksköterskelegitimation och gärna vidareutbildning eller erfarenhet inom pediatrik. Erfarenhet av arbete med barn i akut- eller avdelningsmiljö är meriterande. God förmåga att kommunicera på svenska med både barn och anhöriga. Du är driven och tar eget ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter Du levererar hög kvalitet och noggrannhet i varje moment Du har lätt för att samarbeta och bidrar till god stämning Du är öppen för att lära dig nya rutiner och anpassa dig efter kundens behov

Anställningsform och lön Exakt anställningsform och omfattning kommer att anpassas efter kundens behov och överenskommelse med kandidaten. Anställningen sker direkt hos klientföretaget i ditt område i enlighet med lagen om anställningsskydd (LAS 1982:80) och tillämpliga kollektivavtal.
