Om tjänsten Vi söker en biomedicinsk analytiker (BMA) för arbete på ett medicinskt laboratorium i din region. SuperRen sköter rekryteringen åt en uppdragsgivare som driver laboratorieverksamhet i ditt område. Rollen har fokus på diagnostiska analyser, provhantering och kvalitetssäkring. Du kommer att bli anställd direkt av uppdragsgivaren och arbeta enligt gällande rutiner för patientsäkerhet och spårbarhet.

Vad du kommer att göra Motta, registrera och förbereda patientprover enligt fastställda rutiner för att säkerställa spårbarhet. Utföra kemiska, mikrobiologiska och/eller molekylärbiologiska analyser med noggrannhet och efter metodbeskrivningar. Genomföra kvalitetskontroller samt kalibrering och verifikation av analysinstrument. Tolka och dokumentera analysresultat samt rapportera till klinisk personal i enlighet med laboratoriets rutiner. Delta i metodutveckling och förbättringsarbete för att höja kvalitet och effektivitet. Följa biosäkerhetsrutiner och hantera kemikalier och avfall med miljö- och säkerhetsfokus.

Vem vi söker Relevant eftergymnasial utbildning eller motsvarande erfarenhet som biomedicinsk analytiker. Erfarenhet av laboratoriearbete och vana vid kvalitetsdokumentation och laboratorierutiner. God förmåga att kommunicera på svenska i tal och skrift för samarbete med klinisk personal. Du är driven och tar eget ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter Du levererar hög kvalitet och noggrannhet i varje moment Du har lätt för att samarbeta och bidrar till god stämning Du är öppen för att lära dig nya rutiner och anpassa dig efter kundens behov

Anställningsform och lön Exakt anställningsform och omfattning kommer att anpassas efter kundens behov och överenskommelse med dig. Anställningen sker direkt hos uppdragsgivaren i din region i enlighet med lagen om anställningsskydd (LAS 1982:80) och aktuella kollektivavtal.
