Om tjänsten Som distriktssköterska inom primärvården i närområdet arbetar du patientnära med både förebyggande och vårdande insatser. SuperRen sköter denna aktiva rekrytering på uppdrag av en kundföretag som bedriver verksamhet i området. Fokus i tjänsten ligger på mottagningsarbete, triage och kronikeruppföljning i en trygg och strukturerad vårdmiljö.

Vad du kommer att göra Mottagningsarbete och triage av patienter, göra snabba och välgrundade prioriteringar. Genomföra bedömningar, sårvård och enklare sjuksköterskeinsatser samt uppföljning av kroniska sjukdomar. Utföra vaccinationer och hälsofrämjande rådgivning till patienter i olika åldrar. Dokumentera vårdmöten noggrant i journalsystem enligt gällande rutiner och sekretess. Samarbeta dagligen med läkare, fysioterapeuter och andra vårdgivare samt vid behov hantera remisser. Arbeta enligt hygien- och patientsäkerhetsrutiner, rutin för läkemedelshantering och vid behov följa smittskyddsrekommendationer.

Vem vi söker Legitimerad sjuksköterska krävs; vidareutbildning inom distriktssköterskeprogrammet eller motsvarande är meriterande. God förmåga att kommunicera på svenska i tal och skrift och vana vid patientkontakt. Du är driven och tar eget ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter Du levererar hög kvalitet och noggrannhet i varje moment Du har lätt för att samarbeta och bidrar till god stämning Du är öppen för att lära dig nya rutiner och anpassa dig efter kundens behov

Anställningsform och lön Den exakta anställningsformen (tillsvidare, provanställning eller behovsanställning) samt omfattning (heltid, deltid eller timanställning) kommer att anpassas efter kundens behov och överenskommelse med kandidaten. Anställningen blir direkt hos kundföretaget i närområdet och följer lagen om anställningsskydd (LAS 1982:80) samt tillämpliga kollektivavtal.
