Om tjänsten Som fransstylist arbetar du med professionell fransförlängning och fransvård i en salongsmiljö med fokus på hållbara och estetiska resultat. SuperRen hanterar denna aktiva rekrytering för en kund i din region. Tjänsten är inriktad på behandlingar såsom singel, volym och hybrid och passar dig som vill skapa naturliga eller mer dramatiska uttryck utifrån kundens önskemål.

Vad du kommer att göra Utföra konsultationer och anpassa fransbehandlingar efter kundens ögonform och önskemål. Applicera, påfylla och ta bort lösögonfransar med tekniker som singel, volym och hybrid. Säkerställa hygienrutiner, sterilisering av verktyg och korrekt avfallshantering enligt salongens rutiner. Använda miljövänliga och hudvänliga produkter när så är möjligt samt informera om eftervård. Dokumentera behandlingar och allergiinformation i kundjournaler samt följa upp bokningar. Ge professionell kundservice, hantera bokningar och svara på frågor före och efter behandling.

Vem vi söker Erfarenhet av fransförlängning och vanliga tekniker (singel, volym, hybrid) är meriterande. Du är driven och tar eget ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter Du levererar hög kvalitet och noggrannhet i varje moment Du har lätt för att samarbeta och bidrar till god stämning Du är öppen för att lära dig nya rutiner och anpassa dig efter kundens behov God kommunikationsförmåga på svenska och trygg i nära kundkontakt samt följer säkerhets- och hygienrutiner.

Anställningsform och lön Den exakta anställningsformen och omfattningen (heltid, deltid eller timanställning) bestäms i samråd med kunden och anpassas efter salongens behov. Anställningen sker direkt hos kundföretaget i din region och rekryteringen hanteras av SuperRen. Alla anställningar följer svensk arbetsrätt (LAS 1982:80) och tillämpligt kollektivavtal.
