Om tjänsten Som Hemförsäljare ansvarar du för att presentera och sälja företagets produkter och tjänster direkt i kunders hem i ditt närområde. SuperRen ansvarar för rekryteringen åt en klient som är verksam med hembesök och dörrförsäljning i området. Tjänsten har fokus på kundnära försäljning, demonstrationsarbete och långsiktig kundvård.

Vad du kommer att göra Genomföra planerade hembesök och produktdemonstrationer med god struktur och respekt för kundens tid Bygga relationer genom professionell kundkontakt, behovsanalys och aktivt lyssnande Hantera beställningar, betalningar och administrativ uppföljning i företagets system Säkerställa säkerhet och integritet vid hembesök samt följa företagets rutiner för smittskydd och arbetsmiljö Använda miljövänliga produkter och arbetsmetoder när det är relevant och informera kunder om fördelarna Planera rutter och dagliga besök för effektiv tidshantering samt rapportera resultat och avvikelser

Vem vi söker Du är utåtriktad, förtroendeingivande och serviceinriktad Du är självmotiverad, tålmodig och bra på att bygga relationer samt hantera invändningar lugnt och professionellt Du har god kommunikationsförmåga och vana av kundkontakt, gärna från fältarbete eller detaljhandel Du är noggrann, punktlig och har förmåga att arbeta självständigt Du är driven och tar eget ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter Du levererar hög kvalitet och noggrannhet i varje moment Du har lätt för att samarbeta och bidrar till god stämning Du är öppen för att lära dig nya rutiner och anpassa dig efter kundens behov

Anställningsform och lön Den exakta anställningsformen och omfattningen (heltid, deltid eller behovsanställning/timanställning) bestäms i samråd med klienten och anpassas efter kundens behov och kandidatens önskemål. Anställningen sker direkt hos klientföretaget i ditt närområde enligt LAS (1982:80) och tillämpligt kollektivavtal.
