Om tjänsten Vi söker en engagerad lärare för undervisning i grundskolans årskurs 7–9. SuperRen ansvarar för denna aktiva rekrytering åt en kund i den aktuella kommunen och rekryteringsprocessen hanteras av oss. Rollen innebär planering och genomförande av ämnesundervisning med fokus på inkluderande lärmiljö, elevhälsa och kontinuerlig bedömning. Anställningen sker direkt hos kundföretaget i kommunen.

Vad du kommer att göra Planera och genomföra lektioner anpassade efter årskurs 7–9 och elevernas individuella behov. Bedöma och dokumentera elevers kunskapsutveckling enligt nationella styrdokument och lokala rutiner. Samarbeta med kollegor, mentorsteam och elevhälsa för att skapa trygghet och stöd i skolan. Genomföra utvecklingssamtal och kommunicera regelbundet med vårdnadshavare. Använda digitala verktyg för undervisning, dokumentation och uppföljning. Följa skolans säkerhetsrutiner, arbetsmiljökrav och bidra till en hållbar och trygg skolmiljö.

Vem vi söker Meriterande med lärarlegitimation eller relevant pedagogisk utbildning och erfarenhet av undervisning i årskurs 7–9. Goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift, och förmåga att dokumentera elevutveckling. Du är driven och tar eget ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter Du levererar hög kvalitet och noggrannhet i varje moment Du har lätt för att samarbeta och bidrar till god stämning Du är öppen för att lära dig nya rutiner och anpassa dig efter kundens behov

Anställningsform och lön Exakt anställningsform (tillsvidare, provanställning, deltid eller behovsanställning) och omfattning bestäms i samråd med kunden och enligt den överenskommelse som träffas med den sökande. Anställningen sker direkt hos kundföretaget i kommunen i enlighet med LAS (1982:80) och tillämpliga kollektivavtal.
