Om tjänsten Som logoped kommer du att arbeta med bedömning, behandling och rådgivning av röst-, tal-, språk- och kommunikationssvårigheter hos både barn och vuxna i den aktuella regionen. SuperRen hanterar denna aktiva rekrytering på uppdrag av en kundverksamhet i den aktuella regionen. Tjänsten har fokus på kliniska utredningar, individanpassade behandlingsplaner och nära samverkan med vårdteam, skolor och anhöriga.

Vad du kommer att göra Genomföra strukturerade bedömningar av tal, språk, röst och kommunikation med relevanta testmetoder och observationer. Planera, genomföra och utvärdera individuella behandlingsinsatser och uppföljningar. Ge rådgivning och handledning till föräldrar, skolpersonal och vårdteam för att stödja vardagskommunikation. Dokumentera utredningar och behandlingar enligt gällande riktlinjer och sekretessrutiner. Samarbeta tvärprofessionellt i möten med skola, socialtjänst och vårdinstanser för att säkerställa helhetsinsatser. Säkerställa hygien- och smittskyddsrutiner samt arbeta ergonomiskt och patientsäkert i daglig kontakt med klienter.

Vem vi söker Legitimerad logoped eller motsvarande utbildning med erfarenhet av kliniska bedömningar och behandlingar. Goda kunskaper i svenska i tal och skrift samt vana vid journalsystem och dokumentation. Du är driven och tar eget ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter Du levererar hög kvalitet och noggrannhet i varje moment Du har lätt för att samarbeta och bidrar till god stämning Du är öppen för att lära dig nya rutiner och anpassa dig efter kundens behov

Anställningsform och lön Exakt anställningsform och omfattning (tillsvidare, provanställning, hel- eller deltid eller behovsanställning/timanställning) anpassas efter kundens behov och överenskommelse med den sökande. Anställningen sker direkt hos kundföretaget i den aktuella regionen i enlighet med LAS (1982:80) och tillämpligt kollektivavtal.
